Licence terms
Payment purchases a personal, non-transferable licence for one Windows PC. The code links to the first PC that activates it. You must not share, publish, resell, copy or attempt to bypass the licence system.
The GHOST team may revoke a licence used in breach of these terms. Contact support before changing PCs or after major hardware replacement.
Privacy
The checkout asks for a Discord username, email address, Windows version, optional PC label and generated order reference so the team can match payment, deliver the licence and provide support. The static website stores the order details in your browser. Payment is processed by PayPal under PayPal's own privacy terms.
The GHOST FPS app uses licence information and a PC-linked identifier to validate access. Logs and diagnostics may contain technical system information. Only share logs with the support team when you need help.
Digital purchases
Licence delivery is manual after payment verification. Before accepting payments, the seller should complete this section with the correct legal identity, contact address, cancellation information and refund process that apply to the business and customer location.
Do not advertise automatic or instant delivery until the website is connected to a verified payment webhook and licence-issuing backend.
Performance and compatibility
GHOST FPS does not guarantee a specific FPS increase, latency reduction, benchmark score or repair result. Outcomes depend on hardware, drivers, Windows configuration, network conditions and games. The customer remains responsible for reading warnings, choosing settings and keeping personal backups.
